- Becoming A Shadow Assailant for Qeynos: Good-aligned Norrathians should see Librarian Dungil in the South Qeynos Concordium Tower (blue portal).
Evil (Freeport)
- Becoming A Shadow Assailant for Freeport: Evil-aligned Norrathians should see Librarian Motius Feldarn in The Academy of Arcane Science in the North Freeport.
Earning Notes for Rewards
There is no repeatable quest for this event. Instead, keep killing Void Tempests for their Void Storm Shred, which the Acadamy and Concordium are very interested in to get more notes for rewards.
